Sodium Tungstate Application

Sodium tungstate is mainly used to produce ammonium paratungstate and depth of processing preparation of tungsten trioxide, tungsten, tungsten carbide, tungsten carbide, tungsten, tungsten, etc., to made metatungstate, tungsten acid and other tungsten compounds used in petroleum chemical, plating, textiles, flame retardants, water, dyes, pigments, inks, etc..

In organic chemistry, sodium tungstate is used as catalyst for epoxidation of alkenes and oxidation of alcohols into aldehydes or ketones.

It is also known for its anti-diabetic effects; Researchers have identified the pathways through which sodium tungstate improves pancreatic function and beta cell proliferation.
